Spring election results announced

The unofficial election results for the StFX Students’ Union Spring Election were announced on Tuesday night after a day of online voting.
The Students’ Union Representative Council for the 2011-2012 academic year was announced first.
Matt LeMoine and Rachel Mitchell are the newly-elected Arts Councilors, Victoria Steeves and Jessie McEwen are the newly-elected Business and Information Systems Councilors, Kathleen Murphy and Mitch Vissers are the newly-elected Science Councilors, and Ryan Chisholm is the newly-elected Education Councilor.
Ethan Dawson is the newly-elected Governors and New Residence Councilor, Li Wan is the newly-elected International Councilor, Nick Head-Petersen is the newly-elected Lower Campus Councilor, Peter Faour is the newly-elected Upper Campus Councillor and Meaghan Paish, Christene Smith and Nathan VanderLinden are the newlyelected Off-Campus Councilors.
House president and vice president elects were announced next.
The Burke House President and Vice President Elect are Alex Warshick and Sean Thibert, the Fraser House President and Vice President Elect are Nicholas Landry and Meaghan Carmicheal, and the Plessis House President and Vice President Elect are Michael Myers and Cal Gillis.
The MacDonald House President and Vice President Elect are Adam Gillis and Thomas Lutes, the MacPherson House President and Vice President Elect are Jordan Sellen and Brett Feeney and the TNT House President and Vice President Elect are Taylor Mason and Jaime Cahill.
The MacIsaac Hall President and Vice Presidents Elect are Paul O’Brien, Benjamin Gunn- Doerge and Sarah Dodsworth, the Lane Hall President and Vice Presidents Elect are Erin Nolan, Mykal Koloff and Dakota MacPherson and the MSB House President and Vice Presidents Elect are Carolyn Gummer, Laura O’Brien and Jacob Wickson.
The results of these elections remain unofficial until 5:30 p.m. this evening, save for the newly elected Education Councilor who has already been officiated.
